We want you to be happy with your purchase.

Eligibility

Unopened, undamaged items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. For damaged, defective or wrong items, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

Process

Email support@shopwellness.in with your order ID and reason. Once approved, we'll arrange a pickup or share return instructions.

Refund

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Exclusions

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened consumable products cannot be returned unless defective.
